BeeKind Hive Membership Terms & Conditions

Thank you for joining the BeeKind Hive! Your BeeKind Hive Membership provides a growing list of bene?its and opportunities. To maximize the value of your BeeKind Hive Membership, please review these Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing a BeeKind Hive Membership, you agree to the following terms: De?initions:
“We,” “Us,” and “BKT” shall mean BeeKind Tribe, LLC, as well as its owners, employees, agents, predecessors, successors, and assigns.
“You,” “Your,” and “Member” shall mean the member who purchases or otherwise uses a BeeKind Hive Membership, as well as their successors, assigns, and any person to whom You might provide a gift or the use of any item purchased or otherwise acquired in connection with Your membership.
1. Membership Bene?its
An active BeeKind Hive Membership provides access to BKT’s private marketplace, member- only savings, community features, curated content, and other bene?its offered from time to time. Speci?ic products, makers, savings, and bene?its may change as the Hive grows. Quantities and supplies may be limited and BKT is under no obligation to ful?ill any offerings made to You.
BKT offers access to BeeKind Hive Memberships exclusively within the United States of America and its territories. Accordingly, You and BKT agree that BKT and its website, memberships, and other services are not governed by the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or Digital Services Act (DSA), as well as any other similar laws or regulations affecting commerce outside the United States of America and its territories.
2. Membership Options and Automatic Renewal
BKT offers the following recurring membership options:
Monthly Membership: $9.99 per month
Annual Membership: $110 per year
Your selected membership automatically renews at the applicable rate and billing frequency until canceled. The payment method provided at checkout will be charged automatically at each renewal. Monthly Memberships are deemed ful?illed on the payment date and may not be cancelled for a refund for the current month. Annual Memberships may be cancelled within the ?irst 30 days of such Member’s initial membership for a refund of 50% of the Membership fee. All other memberships, including annual renewals, are not subject to cancellation for refund.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Squarespace customer account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not reverse or refund a payment that has already been processed. Cancelled memberships eligible for a refund (limited to initial memberships within the ?irst 30 days) should email honey@beekindtribe.com to request a refund.

Your membership bene?its will remain available through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
4. Use of the Hive
Your use of the Hive and Your membership is for the expressly limited purpose of considering and evaluating products and services offered to You for purchase. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, or otherwise use any information provided to You in connection with Your membership for any other purpose, including, but not limited to, identifying products or services to offer for sale or otherwise.
All content provided to You in connection with Your membership is the sole property of BKT and/or its vendors, suppliers, and/or suppliers. Copying or other use of such information is expressly prohibited.
5. Private Marketplace Access
Active Members receive access instructions for BKT’s private Shopify marketplace. Login details and passcodes are intended for Hive members only. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person. You also agree to be bound by any actions or transactions taken by any person who accesses Your account. BKT may update or replace shared access credentials periodically.
6. Member Conduct
BKT is an inclusive community and fosters a community based on mutual respect, support, and acceptance. You agree to interact respectfully with all members as well as BKT staff and vendors. You further agree to refrain from unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive conduct. BKT may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the community or marketplace. You agree that BKT has sole, absolute, and exclusive discretion to manage the Hive, including suspension or termination of Your membership without refund for violating these Terms and Conditions or other conduct deemed detrimental to the Hive.
7. Products and Vendors
Products available through the BeeKind marketplace are offered and ful?illed by independent makers and vendors. Product availability, pricing, shipping, returns, warranties, and vendor- speci?ic policies may vary and will be disclosed within the marketplace.
You agree to direct any complaints regarding any products or services to the independent vendor responsible for ful?illing the purchase. BKT will provide dispute resolution services upon request only in the event BKT determines it is bene?icial to all parties (including BKT) to provide such services.

BKT may update membership bene?its, pricing, these terms, or available services. will receive notice of material changes when required.

10. Legal Limitations and Disclaimers
Members
BKT disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including ?itness for a particular purpose and merchantability. You agree that all claims, causes of actions, or other demands related to products or services marketed or advertised by BKT shall be made solely against the vendor(s) who offered such products or services, and not against BKT. To the extent You ?ile any lawsuit or other legal proceeding against BKT, You agree that the only venue for such claims shall be the state and federal courts for Dallas County, Texas. All claims by You against BKT shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas.
You and BKT further agree that BKT’s liability for any and all claims by You shall be limited to the membership fees You paid in the immediately preceding 12 calendar months.
Independent Vendor & Product Disclaimer
BKT reviews and selects the independent makers, brands, products, and experiences featured within the BKT marketplace. BKT’s vetting process re?lects the information available to BKT at the time of review and is intended to support thoughtful, conscious purchasing. Inclusion in the BeeKind marketplace, however, does not constitute a guarantee, certi?ication, warranty, or endorsement that any product will be suitable for any person or purpose.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the products and services available through the BeeKind marketplace are created, manufactured, supplied, ful?illed, and supported by independent third-party vendors. These vendors are separate businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of BKT.
Product ingredients, materials, speci?ications, availability, pricing, packaging, shipping, warranties, return policies, and other details are provided by the applicable vendor and may change without notice. You are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, ingredients, warnings, directions, sizing information, and vendor policies before purchasing or using a product.
BKT does not independently manufacture, test, inspect, or warrant any product sold by participating vendors and makes no representation that a product will be free from defects, allergens, sensitivities, adverse reactions, or other risks. References to “clean,” “conscious,” “natural,” “organic,” “sustainable,” “non-toxic,” or similar qualities re?lect BKT’s curation standards and/or information supplied by the vendor and should not be interpreted as medical, legal, environmental, or regulatory certi?ication unless expressly identi?ied as such.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, questions, claims, warranties, ful?illment issues, shipping concerns, returns, exchanges, defects, injuries, or disputes relating to a particular product or service should be directed to the applicable vendor under that vendor’s policies.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
