BeeKind Hive Membership Terms

Effective Date: July 2026

By purchasing a BeeKind Hive Membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Benefits

An active BeeKind Hive Membership provides access to BeeKind’s private marketplace, member-only savings, community features, curated content, and other benefits offered from time to time. Specific products, makers, savings, and benefits may change as the Hive grows.

2. Membership Options and Automatic Renewal

BeeKind offers the following recurring membership options:

• Monthly Membership: $9.99 per month

• Annual Membership: $110 per year

Your selected membership automatically renews at the applicable rate and billing frequency until canceled. The payment method provided at checkout will be charged automatically at each renewal.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Squarespace customer account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not reverse or refund a payment that has already been processed.

Your membership benefits will remain available through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

Membership payments are non-refundable once processed, including partial months or unused portions of an annual membership, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Canceling your membership prevents future charges but does not automatically refund the most recent payment.

5. Private Marketplace Access

Active members receive access instructions for BeeKind’s private Shopify marketplace. Login details and passcodes are intended for Hive members. BeeKind may update or replace shared access credentials periodically.

6. Member Conduct

Members agree to interact respectfully and refrain from unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive conduct. BeeKind may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the community or marketplace.

7. Products and Vendors

Products available through the BeeKind marketplace are offered and fulfilled by independent makers and vendors. Product availability, pricing, shipping, returns, warranties, and vendor-specific policies may vary and will be disclosed within the marketplace.

8. Changes to Membership

BeeKind may update membership benefits, pricing, these terms, or available services. Members will receive notice of material changes when required.
